More than 5 years ago, the Belle Vue Arts Festival came into being and I sent a tentative flyer to the residents of Belle Vue seeking support and ideas. Completely unexpectedly, Debbie responded and offered to design and manage a web site for the Festival. This she has continued to do and I know has put as much thought into this site as she gives to all her customers, an inestimable amount.
